Campaign photography for Healthcare is a form of lifestyle photography usually capturing or creating real-life positive scenarios that patients hope to experience after successful treatment. This may also include illustrating the condition the medicine is supposed to cure , usually a negative condition with the pain or struggles of everyday life.

Understanding and conveying  positive emotions

Marketing a drug to doctors, patients and hospitals through an effective advertising campaign is challenging & usually requires me to understand the drug’s purpose and conveying the relief and positive emotions it should evoke in patients.

I create images by collaborating with a client and their campaign vision to support and simplify complex topics, telling a story about a drug’s effectiveness.

The main focus of pharma campaign photography is usually about creating realistic scenarios or concepts that highlight the positive aspects of a drug to illustrate the happy emotions and vitality of life post-treatment.

Creating image libraries for the healthcare industry

For some leading brands in the healthcare industry I have produced exclusive bespoke image libraries and my work on Getty Images has been used extensively for global campaigns across various media.

Healthcare Photography Production

I often photograph everyday people or actual patients who bring their own genuine presence to the images.  I work with actors or models who have been carefully cast and styled to portray a specific character tailored to meet the brief.
